FACSc

Fellows of the Association of Clinical Scientists may use, at their own option, the title distinction “Fellow of the Association of Clinical Scientists (FACSc)”. This is a designation bestowed by the Association upon qualified members. Fellows must be doctoral scientists who are experts in the education of and/or application of laboratory methods for elucidation, diagnosis, and treatment of human diseases. FACSc denotes that the clinical scientist has ongoing specialized professional activities related to clinical expertise, research or teaching experience, and/or significant advocacy efforts in the field of clinical laboratory science. Fellows of the Association of Clinical Scientists may thus use the title distinction of FACSc behind their signature.

Associate Fellows may earn this designation once they have completed their training and have applied to become full Fellows.
