Due to an exponential increase in the number of manuscripts submitted to the Annals of Clinical and Laboratory Science, we have implemented a mandatory, non-refundable manuscript submission fee of $40 US. This fee is required for all manuscripts submitted for consideration and editorial review for possible publication in the Annals, except those manuscripts submitted by authors or coauthors who are current paid Fellows or Associate Fellows of the Association of Clinical Scientists.
This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the manuscript is accepted for publication. It also will not be applied against the publication or page charges that may be assessed for publication of an accepted manuscript.
The Annals of Clinical and Laboratory Science uses a secure PayPal system to accept these payments. To be sure that the journal’s office receives the information that is required to ascertain that this submission fee has been paid, please follow these steps:
