Qualifications for Fellowship

Fellowship in the Association is granted, without discrimination on the basis of age, race, gender, religion, or nationality, to physicians and other doctoral scientists whose training, experience, publications, and activities show expertise in clinical science. Any clinical scientist who endorses the Association's goals and wishes to participate in the Association's activities is welcome to apply.

Dues and Fees

The Enrollment Fee is $15. The Annual Membership Dues are $170, which include a subscription to the Association's journal, The Annals of Clinical and Laboratory Science. Candidates do not send any payment until they have been accepted as Fellows of the Association.

Application Procedure

A candidate for Fellowship should contact the Secretary-Treasurer's office by email, fax, or letter in order to obtain a copy of the Nomination Form. Also you can submit the completed form online or print out the PDF form and send it by mail or fax. The completed Nomination Form, signed by the candidate and a sponsoring member, should be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer, together with a copy of the candidate's curriculum vitae and bibliography. The Secretary-Treasurer and the appropriate Regional Delegate will gladly help the candidate to locate a sponsor. After the candidate's credentials have been reviewed and approved by the Credentials Committee, the Nomination for Fellowship will be considered by the members at their next Business Meeting.
